Altered Embroidery Hoop

Hello Everyone,

Sharing this new fun project with you today!!

I've altered Embroidery hoop to create this mixed media piece for Emerald Creek new challenge theme - "Bring on B's.... " 
I've chosen brads and buttons.

To start off, applied old paper and antique linen distress paints to the base. 
To create damask texture, I mixed Embossing paste with drop of Wilted violet distress stain and applied through Tim's layering stencil.

I layered tags and papers from DCWV and on that adhered stamped image of vintage lady. 
Beautiful flowers are from Emerald Creek, Fallen blossom stamp set (Nicole Wright designs)

I've created texture on hoop surface with Emerald creek pastel lilac embossing powder.
