"Clean and Simple" - Art Journal page

Hello Everyone,

Sometimes it is fun to create clean and simple art journal. I have used Hero arts Delicate blossom stamp set and Water colour pencils to make this page.

"Butterfly" - Art Journal Page

Hello Everyone,

Sage and Sepia are the colours of this week at Summer of color . After long time butterflies are back to my Art journal ! :)

I had these butterflies digital image prints in my stash. I coloured them in different shades of Sage with soft pastels. Adhered them on the page with Mod Podge. And then applied thin layer of gesso. When it dried, I stamped words with stazon ink. Again one layer of gesso has been given. After this, I brought in some sepia. Decorative frame is Chipboard die cut, which I embossed with wow embossing powder. And that centre butterfly stamp is from Kaisercraft Elegance collection.
This page is inspired by super talented Willy Anderson's this page.

"Never give up" - Art Journal Page

Hello Everyone,

This colourful page I've created to share with Creativity everyday .

I applied gesso through stencil to create the background. When it dried up, I used watercolours to colour the page. I've also done stamping with Kaiser craft grunge texture plate. Feather is made up of music note paper and thick wire.I used several distress inks to colour it. Sprayed yellow and blue Fireworks shimmer.
This page is inspired by Ronda Palazzari ' this page. You can find how to make these beautiful feathers with paper tutorial here.

"Freedom" - Art Journal Page

Hello Everyone,

This one was make!

I had painted  this page earlier with leftover blue and pink acrylic colours. For my last art journal I had used crafter's  workshop dashed line stencil with texture paste, and when I printed negative side of the same, my background for new page was ready. I liked it so much that immediately I started to work on that.
Cage and Birds are die cuts which I embossed with green and white embossing powder. Flowers  and flourish are stamped with Hero arts blooming meadow stamp and Kaiser craft tigerlily stamp. Birds are coming out of cage so word  'freedom' is perfect for this the page.

"Architecture" - Art Journal Page

Hello Everyone,

Architecture is this month's theme at Art Journal Journey. And for that I've chosen pride of our country 'TajMahal'. It is perfect example of architectural beauty. Just looking at it is indeed mesmerising.

TajMahal is made up of white marble, so I tried to keep my page white as much as possible. And there are beautiful carvings in stone, I could bring that little bit by creating texture with flourish stencil and texture paste.
