In the Frame...

Hello Everyone,

When you receive your favourite products in your DT Kit , there can not be more fun than that....
and ended up making this distress frame!!

I had this wooden frame in my stash...loved to create texture on it.

Background is done using crackle paste and Distress paints(evergreen bough, cracked pistachio, antique bronze, vintage photo, mermaid lagoon, mustered seed). I've also done some texture stamping

for butterfly background, I applied mustered seed distress paint. And beautiful texture is done with tim's Gothic stencil and Wendy Vecchi embossing paste.
Detailed butterfly die has 2 layers. I cut them both with watercolor paper. I colored them both with Distress crayons (spiced marmalade, mustered seed, walnut stain, vintage photo, fossilized amber)

I used Sizzix Tim Holtz Wildflowers dies and colored them with Distress crayons.
Number Plaquette fits perfectly at the corner...

I also adhered Tim's Rub ons for another layer.

I totally enjoyed making it and loved how it turned out.

The crackle on this is just perfect and I love the wildflower spray emerging from the plaque - just wonderful. A favourite for me!
